By accessing our website, executing a Statement of Work (SOW), or engaging BEES TECHNOLOGIES ("Company", "we", "our") for custom software development, cloud infrastructure management, or AI solutions, your organization agrees to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
All engineering engagements, dedicated pod allocations, and technical consulting deliverables are defined under executed SOWs or Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
Unless explicitly specified otherwise in a custom SOW, 100% of custom software source code, proprietary algorithms, database schemas, and technical documentation developed specifically for the client transfer exclusively to the client upon full payment of contractual fees. Pre-existing proprietary frameworks or open-source components remain licensed under their respective standard terms.
Both parties agree to protect and maintain the strict confidentiality of all technical disclosures, codebase access credentials, system designs, and business workflows under executed Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
BEES TECHNOLOGIES warrants that services will be performed in a professional manner in accordance with industry engineering standards. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of system usage beyond direct contractual commitments.
